My 30 years as a Sex Therapist in private practice has enabled me to work with a large variety of sexual problems, as well as intimacy issues in relationships. I can offer you a safe place to discuss, explore, and create solutions for whatever difficulty you're experiencing.

Some Sex Therapy is short term (1-6 months) and often involves sexual education and permission to experience pleasure. Most Sex Therapy requires longer term therapy (1-3 years) because of relational dynamics, unhealthy beliefs about sexuality, anxiety, attachment issues from childhood, trauma recovery, learning to identify your sexual needs and wants, and then communicate these in a healthy manner.
